All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, extensions, or holds for any reason, including failure to complete the material on time due to personal circumstances.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or enrolling in any program or digital product ("Program") offered by Peaceful Victory Inc. DBA Reversing Parental Alienation ("Company"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You will receive a copy and a separate agreement to sign once payment is received.

Coaching Disclaimer
a) All programs are educational and provide guidance and strategic tools related to parental alienation and estrangement.
b) Coaches are not licensed medical, psychological, or legal professionals. This Program is not a substitute for medical care, therapy, or legal advice.
c) Clients are solely responsible for their own decisions and outcomes.
d) Clients must disclose any limitations before enrolling. Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
e) No guarantees are made regarding outcomes (including reunification or legal results). Outcomes vary based on many factors outside our control.
f) Some programs offer a conditional continuation ("promise") if all steps are followed. This requires onboarding within 72 hours and signing a separate agreement. This is optional.

2. Program Term
The Client shall have access to the Program for the stated period.

3. Onboarding
a) Onboarding should be completed within 3 business days.
b) Delays in onboarding do not qualify for refunds, extensions, or adjustments.

4. Payments & Refunds
a) All payments are non-refundable.
b) Clients on payment plans must keep payments current. Missed payments may suspend access.
c) Failure to pay an installment may terminate the program without refund.
d) Not using the program does not qualify for a refund.
e) Clients agree to contact support before initiating any chargeback.

5. Client Support
a) Support is available Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm ET (excluding holidays).
b) Only official channels will be monitored.
c) No private email support with coaches unless included in an upgrade.
d) No real-time or on-demand support unless upgraded.
e) Responses are typically within 24–48 business hours.
f) Additional support can be purchased.

6. Respect & Conduct Policy
Clients must remain respectful. Abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination without refund.

7. Participation & Responsibility
a) Client success depends on active participation in sessions, lessons, and activities.
b) Do not follow conflicting advice during the program.
c) Lack of participation does not qualify for refunds or extensions.
d) Clients must schedule sessions within the program timeframe.
e) Unused sessions expire at the end of the program.

8. Program Extensions & Renewals
a) Clients may extend access by purchasing additional time.
b) Known delays must be communicated before starting.
c) Programs cannot be paused or extended without approval.
d) Non-emergency extensions may require a $500/month fee.
e) Emergency situations may be considered at the Company’s discretion.

9. Limited Guarantee
The Company may grant one additional month only if all program steps are completed and no progress is observed. A separate agreement must be signed.

10. Non-Disparagement & Confidentiality
a) Clients agree not to make harmful public statements.
b) All program content and client information must remain confidential.

11. Intellectual Property
a) Materials cannot be shared or distributed.
b) All content belongs to Peaceful Victory Inc.
c) AI use of materials is strictly prohibited.
d) Unauthorized use results in termination without refund.

12. Technology Responsibility
Clients are responsible for internet access, devices, and following instructions.

13. Termination
The Company may terminate access if the Client violates terms or disrupts others.

14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must go through mediation first, then arbitration in Miami, Florida.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law.

You will get unlimited access to everything listed above for three months. At the end of three months you will be given options to re-enroll or join other programs. This isn't a subscription and your credit card will NOT be automatically charged.
